The Joey D Memorial Fire Conference in Houston, Texas, is more than just a training event—it’s a gathering of firefighters committed to honoring the legacy of FDNY Lieutenant Joseph DiBernardo by sharpening their skills and pushing themselves to be better. This year, we were grateful to have Caleb Jacobs join us, capturing the intensity, grit, and dedication of the firefighters who showed up to train. His ability to document the reality of the job—not just the action, but the heart behind it—helps ensure that what these firefighters do is seen and remembered.
