One Bad Tour #6

This weekend marked my fifth time photographing the 24-hour training event known as One Bad Tour. After five classes, I’m still searching for the right words to describe what makes this experience so different.

Maybe it’s the cadre, instructors who go beyond just teaching to invest in their students truly. Maybe it’s the students, people who don’t just show up but commit to pushing their limits all day and night. Or maybe it’s the atmosphere, an energy that’s hard to define but impossible to miss. Whatever it is, One Bad Tour stands apart.

Whenever I’m behind the camera at this event, I’m reminded that this work is about more than just skills and drills. It’s about the grit it takes to keep going when you’re exhausted, the humility to learn from the person next to you, and the quiet strength to face the kind of challenges you can’t fully prepare for.
